Spring?

Indiana weather is complicated. One day it's 51 and sunny, the next day it's -10 and the whole town is under a winter storm warning.
Just when you think the sun's coming out to stay, the cloud cover returns and the wind breaks 40 MPH. It's great. Just magnificent.

Yesterday morning, I woke up to a lovely, thin sheet of white covering the backyard patio. As for today, the forecast says "mostly sunny with a high of 39". I'm not quite sure how I feel about that yet. I like the "mostly sunny" part, but I would really appreciate it if it was in the 50s or 60s. 

I guess since we're only five days into spring I shouldn't be too hopeful for an increase in climate. It would be nice if the sun would come out and stay out for a change, rather than to make an appearance that sends everyone into a frenzy of excitement, just to hide behind the clouds once again. Thanks, Mr. Sun, I was actually ready to get my shorts and shades out this time. (-_-)
